    Position Purpose: Reporting to the Regional General Manager for Fragrance, you will work closely with Country Managers, local Brand Managers & teams regionally to drive commercial strategies and key financial KPIs for the fragrance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and recommend key action plans through trend and business analysis to optimize fragrance  portfolio growth in each country in line with company, brands, and partners strategies.
Responsibility of company's P&L for fragrance portfolio, maximizing both sales and profits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners/internal stakeholders in regular dialogue to review performance.
Identify needs and requirements to achieve mutual satisfaction.
Act as the regional key contact point to assigned business partners on any matters relating to the business/brands, serving as the link of communication between partners and internal teams.
Oversees all aspects of commercial activities and negotiation with business partners including budget planning, KPIs setting, contract negotiation, etc.
Conceptualize regional CRM campaigns to engage customers, build brand loyalty and increase transactions/brand engagements for fragrance category.
Lead in driving eCommerce/social selling projects regionally for fragrance portfolio.
Identify growth opportunities across the region.
Prepare regular reports to internal and external stakeholders as required on business issues and progress.
    Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty/FMCG/luxury/consumer/retail industry preferred.
Exposure to regional markets in SEA or APAC will be an advantage.
Strong expertise in driving business/brand strategy & execution (sales, marketing, media, PR, and market development).
Good analytical skills with ability to grasp numbers & problem-solving.
Well-groomed, confident, and independent individual with entrepreneur spirit.
Able to handle negotiations and meetings with higher level executives, both internally (eg.
Country Managers) and externally (eg.
Senior Executives from brand partners).
Digitally savvy and familiar with various eCommerce and social commerce selling tools and platforms.
Fluent in English, any other Asian language an advantage to support business needs within Asia Pacific.
Proficient in MS Office, strong in excel (pivot table, vLookup) and PowerPoint presentation.
A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Resourceful, meticulous, and well organized with a positive can-do attitude.
