As they continue to grow and expand, they are on the lookout for a highly skilled individual to join their management team as a Regional Compliance Lead in a newly created set-up.
This is an individual contributor position.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with senior management to assess business risks and perform gap analyses.
Develop, train, and implement standardized internal controls and compliance tools using best practices across key business units to ensure consistent risk mitigation.
Review, draft, and update policy documents.
Standardize and digitize compliance training, testing, and certification for internal staff and third parties.
Establish and standardize grievance reporting, investigative procedures, and compliance reporting.
Work across departments to standardize SOPs and internal controls.
Design and implement a compliance audit framework for the group.
Lead thorough investigations of potential violations and ensure corrective actions are followed up and completed.
Oversee the compliance audit process, including the preparation of audit reports and risk mitigation strategies.
Approve, review, and provide practical solutions for operational issues with compliance implications.
Support due diligence processes for new acquisitions.
Job Requirements
10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Compliance from a leading healthcare organization (regional exposure is preferred).
Familiar with established compliance frameworks, regulations, and permitted CME and marketing arrangements involving hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
Familiar with relevant laws and regulations on anti-bribery and corruption, including FCPA and UK Anti-Bribery and PDPA laws.
Experienced with digital enabling tools such as online training, testing, and certification.#J-18808-Ljbffr
