Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Manager to oversee the Human Resources operations for multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities: • HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives. Ensure regional HR plans support company goals.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process for the region. Work with local HR teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
• Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans. Ensure consistency and fairness across the region.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Support leadership development initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Keep abreast of legislative changes and implement necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports to senior management.
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs for the region. Conduct regular reviews to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company policies.
• Culture and Engagement: Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives. Develop programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
