We operate three unique Japanese dining outlets in Penang, offering experiences that range from fine dining to a relaxed izakaya. With plans to expand across Malaysia, we are also looking toward opening new outlets in Kuala Lumpur.
Tasks & Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple restaurant outlets to maintain high service quality.Implement strategic plans for business growth and operational efficiency.Recruit, train, and motivate employees to achieve performance targets.Monitor sales, inventory, and performance metrics to optimize operations.Address customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple restaurant outlets.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture.Results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay.Fluent in spoken and written English.
