Regional Recruitment Consultant (APAC)Job Description:Our company is a HR Consulting firm which provides Global HR services with a shared service centre in KL.Due to our business expansion, we are now hiring aRecruitment Consultant.
Benefits include EPF, SOCSO, and EIS, Medical, with regular hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Mondays to Fridays.
Casual dress code (e.g., T-shirts).
Job Location:KL Eco City, Malaysia
Responsibilities:Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.
Offering CV, interview, and general career advice.
Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment.
Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
