Regional Reward Expert | Payroll Specialist @ MNC - SG Payroll
Responsibilities:Build up the HR reporting & analytics function by leveraging data analysis and automation tools such as Power BI to synthesize data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Enhance Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) payout reporting & analytics in collaboration with the Regional Finance Team, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate the process.
Communicate findings to stakeholders up to the executive level in a clear manner with callouts and actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision making.
Complete the monthly payroll process for the company.
Steer payroll improvement projects to review the payroll landscape across the region, map a consistent and compliant payroll process, and transition toward fewer payroll partners & potentially full payroll outsourcing with a shared service center set-up.
Act as Audit / Internal Control System (ICS) subject matter expert for the region on HR topics – drive improvements across the HR controls for the region and support with spot checking during the regular review periods.
Serve as Workday expert for Human Capital Management (HCM), Advanced Compensation, and Reporting streams – participate in respective global communities, act as the first point of escalation for issues within the region, and ensure all legal entities in the region are fully leveraging the capabilities of Workday in these areas.
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:Must have a Bachelor's Degree
Must have at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Payroll management, Workday system, expatriate management/HR
Added advantage: Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, macros, etc.) and Power BI essential
Previous experience with Workday and payroll systems preferred
