Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Rregional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales initiatives for our client's retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform, focusing on the India market.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of conversion, retention, and team management, combined with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the financial trading industry.
What will you do: Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the India market.
Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and other key stakeholders.
Monitor and manage sales team performance, ensuring targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.
Conversion & Retention: Lead the team in converting leads into active traders through strategic engagement and efficient onboarding processes.
Design and execute innovative client retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
Business Development: Identify and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to grow the platforms reach in India.
Foster strategic partnerships to drive market share growth in the competitive Forex and CFDs industry.
Market Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns tailored to the needs and preferences of the Indian audience.
Stay updated on market trends, client behavior, and competitor activities to continuously refine and optimize strategies.
Team Management: Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team, creating a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Provide actionable feedback and development opportunities to help the team achieve individual and collective goals.
Who Are We Looking For: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry, with at least 2 years managing sales, conversion, and retention teams.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
Established network of high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
Strong understanding of Indias financial markets, trading platforms, and industry regulations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
