What you will do: Generate and submits accurate quotation, forecast on sales & collection on a regular basis and reports expenses in accordance with JCI Policy. Liaise with your partners on the secured projects to implement and carry out the scope of supply as stated in the purchase order and generate billing/invoice accordingly. Owns and advises long-term customer relationships/partnerships and fully responsible for customer happiness through executing the sales process. Maintain the existing partners' base, evaluate their performance, manage non-performing and develop new ones in order to have a continuous business expansion. Acquire an effective understanding of products and offers, to produce and supply quotations to suit customer requirements. Maintain constant field intelligence, market size, share, competitors, standards and required certificate, competitors' activities, products, prices, promotional programs and results as applied to ADT and competitive activities. Liaise with finance department for timely collection of payments from customers. Update all partners and customers on all products information and offers. Seeks out new clients within the ADT market sector in specific geographical areas in ROA Demonstrates expertise knowledge of the competitor's business strategies, products and services and leverages that favorably to differentiate ADT from them. Demonstrates leadership through setting technical trends and defining industry benchmarks. Introduces innovative approaches & best practices to differentiate ADT in the market. Working within the estimation team in crafting competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids and proposals. Ensures that new proposals and bids are compliant with ADT standards & expectations prior to customer presentation. Owns final negotiations on value and impact to the customer's business in order to close the sale. Utilizes applicable sales tools effectively to plan and document progress as well as to increase business growth. Leverages ADT sales process to close sales quickly. Builds & maintains network of experts & industry contacts, solicits support from and communicates effectively with the broader Johnson Controls organization to promote customer happiness whilst respecting ADT strategies, processes and tools. Participates as an industry leader in professional organizations and appropriate trade shows. In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined. What we look for: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent Solid understanding in Air Distribution products, markets, competitors, standards, etc Experience in indirect sales with minimum 6 years Proven track record in achieving sales target and develop and manage partners in ROA Strong interpersonal skills, both spoken and written Traveling is vital Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Results oriented, Customer focus, value Integrity and Trust Excellent problem solving skills Self-motivated; able to work alone or in a collaborative team environment
