Regional Spare Part Specialist (Honda Dealership)Full time
Job Description:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the receiving and releasing of spare parts
Ensure spare part activities align with short-term and long-term demand
Track consumables and spare parts delivery and availability
Resolve consumables and spare parts issues and coordinate with regions for support
Track and control stock accuracy KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and lead times
Conduct regular stock audits and update inventory records
Assist in receiving shipments and organizing warehouse stock
Generate comprehensive inventory reports for management, including status, turnover rates, and aging
Take proactive measures based on inventory profiling and aging criteria
Identify obsolete inventory and develop strategies to minimize write-offs and disposal costs
Investigate and recommend solutions for inventory integrity issues
Optimize warehouse space utilization through efficient storage and picking strategies
Coordinate with branches for defective unit retrieval and buffer unit preparation
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of regional automotive spare parts management experience
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and presentation skills
Ability to create Power BI or visualized dashboards is advantageous
Experience in Office Automation Systems (Automotive Industry) is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills to achieve objectives both independently and collaboratively
