REGISTERED VALUER/SENIOR VALUATION EXECUTIVETo assist the Directors and Head of Valuation Department in the planning, implementation, supervision, and operations of the Company.
To assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Valuation Department.
To be responsible for reviewing and signing valuation reports.
To train and supervise the Valuation Executives/Assistants, draughtsman, and other departmental staff in all aspects of valuation.
To conduct and prepare professional and accurate valuations of various types of properties, including both small-scale and corporate cases.
Value all types of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Analyze market trends, sales, and news.
To ensure good customer service and maintain relationships with all inquiries, ensuring they are promptly, professionally, and tactfully attended to.
To keep abreast of the latest developments in the real estate industry, property market movements, as well as valuation methodologies and techniques.
To manage branch operational costs and prepare & propose the annual budget for the branch.
Business Development to source potential clients and capitalize on existing clients.
Requirements
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and other computer programs.
Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
Fresh graduates from any field are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage various stakeholders.
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft software.
Qualifications
Possess a Degree or Professional Certificate in Property Development / Real Estate Management.
Must have a registered license for more than 5 years with the Board of Valuer, Appraisers, and Real Estate Agents Malaysia, allowing the candidate to practice as a Registered Valuer.
At least 5 years of working experience in property valuation.
Aggressive in Sales, with a strong Corporate Network & Leadership skills.
Good analytical skills and timeline-driven.
Exhibit leadership qualities, be self-motivated, resourceful, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
