Regulatory Reporting - CCPT / Loan Supplementary (Group Finance)Full time
Assist Team lead to review and oversee all statistical/regulatory reporting for Loans, ESG, CCPT and Connected Parties.
Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in managing and ensuring the regulatory reporting for Loans, ESG, CCPT and Connected Parties meet the requirement on C-A-T according to the regulatory reporting guidelines.
Escalate regulatory matters of concern to HOD/Senior Management as appropriate.
Escalate issues of action items to the appropriate parties and governance to address and action.
Assist the HOD in directing and assisting duties to staff.
Deliver all new and existing projects on time and within budget.
Work with regulators, external parties, application system owners, data custodian, SME and IT to ensure BAU issues/projects are successfully resolved/implemented.
Ensure compliance to BNM and internal policies, procedures and guidelines.
Assist team lead to monitor and highlight any non-compliances with BNM reporting requirements immediately and provide update on the status of the corrective actions promptly.
Regular review and update the operation manual to ensure documentation of work process is accurate and up to date.
Other ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
Degree (Bachelor) in Accounting/Banking/Economics/Finance and/or any related professional qualification.
Minimum 2 years working experience in banking/audit firm or any large organisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills, able to work both independently and as a team.
Able to multi-task and cope with change and diversity in a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter who is resourceful, dynamic, proactive, committed and result-driven.
Ability to work to high standards and under strong time constraints.
Able to utilise area of expertise and knowledge to contribute to significant improvements in operational processes and policies.
