Revenue Performance:The ComBk RM will be provided with a portfolio of larger SME customers of the branch.
His or her role will be to engage and service this portfolio of business customers and achieve a desirable revenue growth target by cross-selling and up-selling various relevant business banking products that meet the customers' needs.
These business banking products will cover a full range of loan and liability products but principally will be working capital loans, deposit products, FX sales, and cash management services.
Relationship Building:The ComBk RM is entrusted to ensure he or she constantly engages the Bank's key community banking customers by providing timely and effective follow-up and services.
He or she is expected to contact and engage the bank's customers in accordance with the Bank's engagement policy to retain and grow the customer relationship and hence secure a larger wallet share of the customers.
Risk Management:The ComBk RM is required to diligently obtain relevant information and ensure integrity is maintained at all times when dealing with the Bank's customers.
Compliance & Audit:He or she is expected at all times to perform his role and duties in accordance with the law, regulation, rules, and policies relating to all activities and conduct to ensure we deliver an acceptable and professional service to our valued business customers.
Work Quality:He or she is also expected to conform to the Bank's internal quality policies and requirements to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out his or her duties within the Bank.
Qualifications- Must have a minimum qualification of a recognized Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
However, candidates who have been in SME Relationship Management for more than 1-2 years will also be considered favorably.
- Candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years working experience in loan sales, account management, or relationship management, preferably in a financial institution or a service provider involved in consultancy, pharmacy, IT, logistic services, trading, and industrial products wholesale or retail.
