Job Title:Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
Market banking services and facilities to new and existing clients.
Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, solicitors, and other relevant third parties to procure pertinent information in the process of credit appraisal.
Direct and monitor the proper maintenance of information on the loan portfolio; ensure credit files and documentation are complete and up-to-date; report exceptions to supervisor for attention/approval.
Keep abreast of new developments in the market plan including new products, competition actions, and relevant regulations affecting the Bank's credit operations.
Work closely with Product Partners (i.e., Trade, Cash Management, GTM, Corporate Finance, DCM) on closing deals and solutions to further expand the ancillary income for our team.
Perform compulsory KYC/AMLA/ESG checks and other compliance checks periodically on clients in the portfolio.
Achieve the agreed budget/target in total revenue, fee income, PBT, and ROE.
Customer (Internal / External):
Market and manage key client relationships on a consultative approach by understanding the clients' business and financing requirements.
Actively identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Ensure customer needs are met while maintaining Division profitability.
Cross-sell products and services to increase client share of wallet by developing an account plan in consultation with relevant product specialties.
Negotiate and structure deals with clients. Provide holistic, value-added solutions.
Process/Well-Managed:
Ensure compliance with the Bank's operating and accounting policies, systems, and procedures.
Report and make recommendations on any identified deficiencies or areas requiring improvement in productivity or internal control.
Compliance:
Adhere to bank policies and various laws and regulations applicable to loan/banking operations, as well as exercise sound decision-making.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting and Finance or Business Administration.
More than 2 years of experience in Corporate Banking.
Sound business management experience with expertise knowledge of business, its key drivers, and industry trends.
Solid knowledge in financial, corporate, commercial, and investment banking products and services.
