ResponsibilitiesManaging risks and resolving challenges that impact release and go live scope, quality and schedules.
Managing relationships and working on interrelated processes within the organization and project teams.
Communicating crucial go-live plan and changes.
Measuring and monitoring progress to achieve a timely go live within defined budgetary limits and defined quality standards (to work closely with all the Project Managers).
Coordinating processes between different teams (possibly in various locations).
Communicating necessary for the go live details (to work with Change Management Team).
Producing deployment, implementation, and run books plans.
Developing release scheduling in structured and detail of Go-Live.
Participate in project planning and execution processes for multiple projects.
In conjunction with project management, provide reporting and decision support required for management decision.
Any other tasks as instructed by the Project Manager or Division Director.
Job RequirementsDegree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or any IT Related Degree.
Master Degree in General Management / IT/ Project Management is an added advantage.
Additional Certificate in Project Management (PMP / Prince 2) is an added advantage.
6-10 years' experience (2-5 years' experience for Junior Post – executive).
Understanding Application Development or Software Development Lifecycle.
Structured thinking with highly methodological.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional work teams.
