Find opportunities to join Dow in a capacity that works best for you.Primary Location:Map Ta Phut (THA), Rayong, ThailandAt Dow, we believe in putting people first and we're passionate about delivering integrity, respect, and safety to our customers, our employees, and the planet.Dow Thailand Group has a vacancy for aReliability Engineer position, located at Asia Industrial Estate, Rayong.You will facilitate the development of the business/facility maintenance strategy and solve reliability and availability losses through the application of reliability technology and tools to enable the plant to meet its business plan and strategy.Responsibilities:Sets and achieves plant Product Supply Reliability (PSR) targets.Creates Equipment Reliability Strategies based upon Top Opportunity List, Critical Equipment List, and identified plant/business needs.Validates ERS implementation and closes gaps to improve/sustain reliability improvement.Evaluates effectiveness of individual aspects of the Predictive Preventive Maintenance (PPM) program.Optimizes PPM activities to support overall productivity improvements.Identifies and resolves Top Reliability Opportunities and decreases equipment failure.Develops and maintains models that identify the unit operations, equipment, and processes for improvement opportunities.Uses reliability engineering principles and tools to identify and eliminate negative reliability trends.Participates in plant health studies and implements corrective actions to maintain or improve plant health.Develops and implements the Facility Reliability Strategy.Serves as Root Cause Investigation (RCI) Team Leader and coaches others in RCI facilitation.Provides front-end loading support for plant Turnarounds.Facilitates the annual maintenance budget setting process.Assists teams in designing reliability, availability, and maintainability into new plants and equipment systems.Applies long-term cost of ownership and reliability engineering principles to design reliability into purchasing requirements.Provides equipment reliability and performance data for evaluation.Uses long-term cost of ownership and reliability engineering principles to optimize spare parts stockage levels.Develops and implements operating discipline that will improve reliability.Qualification:Bachelor's degree in reliability, engineering, mechanical or related experience required.Minimum 5 years of experience in the Petrochemical industry.Knowledgeable of relevant work processes.Proficient in spoken and written English, with a TOEIC score of 600 or higher.Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications.Strong communication skills and a team player.In-depth problem-solving ability and interpersonal skills.Ambitious, self-motivated, well-organized, and enthusiastic.Benefits – What Dow offers you:Equitable and market-competitive base pay and bonus opportunities.Benefits and programs to support your physical, mental, financial, and social well-being.Competitive retirement program with company-provided benefits and savings opportunities.Robust medical and life insurance packages.Opportunities to learn and grow through training and mentoring.Workplace culture empowering role-based flexibility.Competitive yearly vacation allowance.Paid time off for new parents and to care for sick family members.Wellbeing Portal for all Dow employees.On-site fitness facilities (availability varies).Join our team; we can make a difference together.About Dow:Dow (NYSE: DOW) is one of the world's leading materials science companies, serving customers in high-growth markets.
