Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and problem resolution.
3. Provide accurate information about our products and services.
4. Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
5. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
7. Meet and exceed call center metrics and key performance indicators.
8. Maintain a positive attitude and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
3. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
4. Ability to work remotely and independently.
5. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
7. Proficiency in basic computer applications.
8. Must have a dedicated home workspace with a reliable internet connection.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
