Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at Boustead Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Remote Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer support via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and issues- Respond to customer emails and chat messages promptly and professionally- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system- Follow company guidelines and procedures to maintain high-quality customer service- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance
