Remote Chat Support Specialist

We are seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, driven, creative, and skilled in decision-making.

Responsibilities:- Provide online chat support to customers regarding products and services- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in all interactions- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends- Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and care

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written communication skills in English- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
