Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Remote Client Service Associate to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. As a Remote Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through remote communication channels. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide remote customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels- Address client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients- Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance metrics
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to effectively problem-solve and resolve client issues- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented- Strong persuasion skills to influence positive outcomes for clients- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
