Job Description:

Perodua is seeking a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level who is driven and motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of remote clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries and concerns
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies that enhance the client experience and drive business growth
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, taking proactive measures to address any issues that may arise
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and key metrics

Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in client service or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
