**Job Description:**

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to leverage their skills in a collaborative and innovative work environment. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exemplary support and guidance while fostering a strong relationship with our brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:** Provide timely and effective support to clients through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Issue Resolution:** Assess and resolve client concerns efficiently. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate solutions.

- **Documentation & Reporting:** Document client interactions in the CRM system. Keep detailed records of customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions to track performance and contribute to service improvement.

- **Research & Troubleshooting:** Leverage research skills to investigate and resolve complex client issues. Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring problems and suggest enhancements to processes.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other support specialists and departments to share knowledge, improve service offerings, and enhance the overall customer experience.

- **Feedback Loop:** Actively gather client feedback on product functionality and support services, providing insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.

- **Training & Development:** Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about new products, services, and best practices in client support.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, with a strong track record of meeting targets and achieving client satisfaction.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM software, helpdesk tools, and other relevant technology platforms. Familiarity with remote communication tools is a plus.

- **Research Skills:** Exceptional research abilities to independently gather information necessary for resolving client issues.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong collaboration skills to work efficiently within a remote team environment.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Resilient: Willingness to adapt to challenging situations and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
