Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team at Genting Group in George Town, Penang, MY. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong ability to adapt to various situations and remain resilient under pressure.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner- Provide customers with product information and assistance with their orders- Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Utilize project management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service- Strong adaptability and resilience- Excellent project management and planning skills- Proficient in using customer service software and tools- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
