The Role
Your Responsibilities will include:
Working directly with Design Pickle customers to create exceptional creative work.
Communicating effectively with your assigned Team Coordinator.
Owning a reliable computer with Adobe CC (AI, PSD, INDD) installed.
Staying up-to-date with new design techniques and software.
Efficiently executing graphic design requests within our scope of service.
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
Ability to actively communicate with customers in written English in real-time.
Graphic design experience.
Friendly, positive, and great team player attitude.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Experience utilizing Canva.
Quick learner with a passion for acquiring new skills.
Eye for accuracy, detail, and quality control.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills (Customer Support experience is a plus!).
Advanced knowledge in Adobe CC programs required.
Own a reliable computer that meets these requirements.
Internet connection above 20 Mbps.
