### Responsibilities
- **Customer Support:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing questions, and solving issues related to bookings, cancellations, and general travel information.
- **Issue Resolution:** Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively while ensuring service satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of AirAsia's services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to facilitate seamless transactions and enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights, reporting key points to management to help improve products and services.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure consistent follow-up and recordkeeping.
- **Adaptability:** Adjust communication style and approach based on varying customer needs and preferences while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product offerings and customer service best practices.
### Requirements
- **Education:** Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality, business, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support environment.
