### Job Description
Media Prima Berhad is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and hardworking Remote Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer support division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through live chat interactions. ### Responsibilities
- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via the live chat platform, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and other relevant inquiries to enhance the customer experience.
- **Issue Resolution:** Efficiently handle customer complaints by identifying the root cause, facilitating resolutions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers with a wide range of inquiries.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring all relevant information is logged for future reference and analysis.
- **Feedback Collection:** Actively gather feedback from customers regarding their chat experience to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery.
- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members and other departments to address inquiry trends and improve service processes as necessary.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and customer service best practices.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate, ensuring high-quality service and support.
- **Project Management:** Support project management tasks as needed, including but not limited to assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of customer service initiatives.
### Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably with experience in live chat support or a related field.
- **Educational Background:** A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Passionate about customer service and improving customer experience.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using live chat software and CRM systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting abilities.
- **Communication:** Exceptional written communication skills with a clear, cheerful, and professional tone. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
