Sales Coordinator (Admin)

Details of the offer

Responsibilities: * SALES SUPPORT Processing Order Receiving and Billing (Quotation,DO,INVOICE).
Answer and direct phone calls.
Handle and monitoring existing customers details and account given by sales team.
Mainly focuses on coordinating with sales team and valued customers.
Arrange customer orders delivery accordingly.
Bookeeping & Filling.
Requirements: Familiar with AUTOCOUNT ACCOUNTING SYSTEM.
ABLE to use BM & ENGLISH, MANDARIN are preferable.
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possess at least SPM/Diploma /DEGREE in relevant field; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant  will be a plus.
Able to perform multi- task and work independently.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
