Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and resilient Remote Secretary to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members remotely.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
4. Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
5. Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
6. Conduct research and compile information as requested.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and communication.
8. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
5. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. High attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Motivated and resilient personality traits.
