Reporting Analyst

**Job Title: Reporting Analyst****Department: Reporting and Analytics, GIPS-SR****Level: L1 (Less than 3 years of experience)****Key Responsibilities**:- Utilize QLIK and other business analytics tools to gather and analyze data.- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.- Identify trends and patterns within data sets to inform business decisions.- Maintain and enhance existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to various teams within GIPS-SR.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.- Strong proficiency in business analytics tools, particularly QLIK.- Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
