1)Develop new formulations for cosmetic and personal care products.2)Continuous improvement to existing formulas and manufacturing processes.3)Preparing samples (pilot scale project) including finalizing manufacturing processes and protocol for new projects.4)Continuous optimization for formulations and manufacturing processes or protocol base on new technology development.5)Prepare all documentation required for any new project such as, defining/creating product specifications, tracking stability (stability testing) and microbial testing according to timeline, cost, and quality that is required to comply with the necessary regulatory requirements.6)Ensure formulation is stable and safe according to NPRA and other country's regulatory requirements. Compiling, updating & documenting of Product Information Files.7)Monitoring new development projects at production scale and to ensure consistency of the product quality.8)Strong knowledge in latest market trends in personal and skin care cosmetic field would be an added advantage.9)Source for raw materials from different suppliers.10)Liaise with customer on daily technical issues.11)Assist in maintaining daily lab tasks and to maintain the R&D laboratory to ensure efficient utilization.12)Ensuring that all QC activities in the facility are appropriately carried out under GMP standards and guidelines.13)Report any finished product and raw material deviation to management and ensure timely resolution.14)Maintain lab equipment and troubleshoot or report on malfunctions.15)Provide instruction on proper chemical testing and processing procedures including mixing times, operating temperatures, and ingredients.16)Test substances and materials for chemical safety.17)Build-Up R&D department.TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS AS SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, MANUFACTURING, PROMOTERS, PACKER OF ALL KIND OF BEAUTY COMESTICS PRODUCTS.Bachelor's or Equivalent
