R&D Food Technologist

**Job Requirements**:- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food Technology/ Nutritionist or equivalent.**Job responsibilities**:- To conduct product trial run, evaluating and testing.- To conduct research on current consumer markets and latest technologies availablefor new development.- Responsible in conduct trial run and prepare trial report analysis; conduct productevaluation and testing.- To ensure the process of product complies with existing technical and qualityprocedure.- To ensure the Quality Management system and food safety system are effectivelyimplemented and maintained.- Responsible for Food Safety System implementation (e.g HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000,BRC, IFS, HALAL)- To provide technical support to customer.- To develop product and establish its specification which is able to meetstatutory/regulatory/customer requirement.
