Responsibilities:To prepare and cook dishes efficiently and correctly according to Standard Operating Procedure.
To do plating before delivering the item to the customer.
To ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area and dishwashing area at all times while carrying out daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
To keep all balance of stock in the fridge or freezer during outlet closing.
To keep all food stocks and label dates accordingly to maintain freshness.
To ensure dishes can be prepared as and when needed.
To ensure the cleanliness of utensils used for cooking.
To wash all cooking equipment and cutlery accordingly.
To refill all raw materials or food products.
Any ad hoc tasks given by the Restaurant Manager or Area Manager.
Job Requirements:
Strong interest and passion in food preparation.
Willing to learn and adapt to changes.
Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia/English.
Having valid Typhoid Cert and Food Handling Cert will be an added advantage.
