Providing good and quality customer service experience to customers.
Responsibilities:Welcome and provide a warm and friendly dining experience to all customers.
Provide menu and any promotional item menu before taking orders.
Take note of the order issued by the customer carefully.
Key in orders into the POS system.
Ensure to meet the timeline for meal ordering delivery.
Prepare drinks according to recipe.
Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area.
Process food orders accurately and always be proactive to customers' needs.
Coordinate drinks from pantry and dishes from kitchen, ensuring they are delivered to customers efficiently and accurately.
Any ad hoc tasks given by the Restaurant Manager or Area Manager.
Job Requirements:Strong interest and passion in food servicing.
Willing to learn and adapt to changes.
Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia/English.
Having valid Typhoid Cert and Food Handling Cert will be an added advantage.
