Currently representing a fast-growing Food & Beverage retail company with over 20+ outlets across Malaysia.
As they are expanding, they are looking forRestaurant Manager.

Able to manage a duty shift without supervision.
Manage assigned side duties & responsibilities well.
Able to train & motivate new servers or subordinates.
Always initiate new ideas & determined to improve.
Self-Motivated & always driven with a positive mindset.
Able to make necessary decisions.
Conduct useful briefing & training to improve the staff's abilities & skills.
Fully concerned with Legal Matters, Rules & Regulations & Basic Labor Law.
Always concerned & care for the Restaurants & Company establishment.
Understanding all aspects of restaurant operations in terms of products, human resource, costing, budget, customers, market, and strategy.
Understanding the Company Goals & Directions, align the team with restaurant targets to achieve the goals.
Job Requirements:
Min 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Candidates are required to have a driving license and possess their own transport.
Working Hours:6 days, off day on weekdays, shift basis.
Shift Hours: 10.00AM - 7.00PM / 1.00PM - 10.00PM (9 hours with 1 hour break)Note: Off days not applicable for Friday - Sunday.
Able to work on Public Holidays (No Double Pay / OT, as it's included in Basic Salary).
