Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service;Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment;Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels;Oversee the scheduling of staff, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources;Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally;Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;Manage restaurant financials, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets;Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and maintain customer loyalty.Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher in hospitality management, business, or related fields preferred;Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing a restaurant or in a similar role;Strong leadership and team management skills;Excellent communication and customer service skills;Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;Financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control;Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.Salary & Benefits:
