Job Description: Training Program Development:Design, develop, and update training materials, including manuals, online modules, and videos.Create training programs that cover various aspects of restaurant operations, including Nanyang, Western and Chinese Food stations besides fundamental ok kitchen skills like basic kitchen training programs. Design LTO-related materials and conduct pre-Launch trainingTraining Delivery:Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and standards, especially for kitchen employees.Use various training methods, such as on-the-job training, classroom training, and e-learning, to accommodate different learning styles.Evaluation and Improvement:Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance evaluations.Continuously update training materials and methods based on feedback and industry best practices.Support and Guidance:Provide ongoing support and coaching to Kitchen staff to reinforce training and address performance issues.Work with the Kitchen management team or any related department to identify skill gaps and recommend additional training or development opportunities.Compliance and Safety:Ensure all training programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.Keep abreast of changes in regulations and update training materials accordingly.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress.Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and provide management insights. Job requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Education, or a related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.Skills:Strong communication and presentation skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
