As a UNIQLO Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
You are expected to perform some simple cleaning at our merchandise fixtures, check stock, and replenish as necessary.
Greet customers with a smile and offer a basket.
Be of service by offering your assistance with products and advising on how to wear them.
Be our product specialist.
Follow the company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on our products and services.
Check and ask your superior when in doubt.
Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
Understand the items' selling points, challenges, and propose ideas to improve customers' buying experience.
Respect the working environment and your colleagues.
Be polite, a team player, and respect each other's space.
No gossip or small talk that may hurt others' feelings.
Requirements:
Required education: Diploma/Bachelor Degree and above.
Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia language (in terms of communication, reading, and writing).
Flexible to work on a shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
Customer-oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
Have strong integrity, discipline, and honesty at all times.
