This structured program is designed to equip the trainees with comprehensive, hands-on experience across all facets of retail operations, including inventory management, customer engagement, team leadership, sales performance analysis, and the day-to-day management of store activities.Throughout the program, the trainees will collaborate closely withArea Managers, Outlet Supervisors,and frontline teams, gaining valuable insights into effective retail management. The program combineson-the-job training, mentorship,andstructured learning modulesto develop the trainees' leadership skills and prepare them for progressively responsible roles within our dynamic retail environment.Upon successful completion of the program, the trainees will possess the expertise and confidence required to assume leadership positions and contribute significantly to the operational and sales performance of our retail outlets.Application RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Prior experience in retail or a supervisory role is advantageous.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Mandarin is required ; proficiency in English or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.Open to fresh graduates with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn .Genuine passion for retail management and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Possession of a valid driver's license (occasional travel may be required).Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Tasks & Responsibilities1. Learning and DevelopmentParticipate in structured in-house, external, and on-the-job training programs to acquire best practices, essential knowledge, and hands-on experience in retail management.Develop management capabilities and competencies to prepare for future leadership roles.2. Daily Outlet Management and Operational SupportSupport the Area Manager and Outlet Supervisor in managing daily outlet operations, including performance reporting and identifying improvement areas.Perform routine tasks such as organizing product displays, creating duty rosters, rotating stock, and overseeing store opening and closing procedures.Ensure adherence to company policies to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.Process customer purchases accurately using the ?? system, verifying product availability and pricing.Operate the cashier system proficiently, handling cash, debit/credit cards, and e-wallet payments (e.g., Touch 'n Go, GrabPay).Perform cash reconciliations at the beginning and end of each shift.3. People Management and Team SupportMonitor staff attendance and overtime; ensure timely submission of HR-related documents (e.g., attendance, overtime) to the HR department for payroll processing.Report health, safety, and disciplinary issues to the Area Manager, HR, and COO.Assist in setting and monitoring individual and outlet KPIs (e.g., sales targets, customer satisfaction). Prepare and submit KPI reports.Support onboarding and training new hires, and conduct daily briefings to communicate store goals and updates.4. Customer ServiceProvide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints professionally.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store to enhance the shopping experience.Monitor compliance with company policies on theft prevention, safety, and hygiene standards.Implement loss prevention strategies, including routine security checks and monitoring high-risk areas.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations for proper food handling and storage.Monitor and manage stock levels, collaborating with the purchasing coordinator and warehouse team for timely replenishment.Support in-store promotions and upselling initiatives to meet revenue targets.Conduct regular inventory checks, identifying slow-moving items and working with purchasing and marketing teams to boost sales.5. Reporting and AnalysisPrepare accurate reports and analyze data as and when required to identify operational trends, propose actionable improvements, and support management decisions.Provide feedback on operational challenges and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.6. Additional DutiesUndertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support business objectives.Participate in company-wide initiatives, including marketing campaigns and team-building activities, to enhance customer engagement and strengthen team cohesion.Ensure proper cash handling procedures, including accurate reconciliations at the start and end of each shift.#J-18808-Ljbffr
