Retail Manager (Home Appliances)

**Responsibilities**- Monitoring a retail establishment and training a sales staff to boost revenue and guarantee effectiveness.- Establishes relationships with both potential and existent customers to understand their service needs in order to identify current and future client requirements.- Keep up with the latest developments in the retail industry and observe the actions of your local competitors.- Managing stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits.- Remain informed about retail sector trends and keep an eye on what nearby rivals are doing.- Handle complains from customers to maintain the store's reputation.- Organize promotional activities or displays in-store.- Make sure that all quality, customer service, and health and safety requirements are fulfilled.**Requirement**- Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in retail industry.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken).- Multi-lingual fluency: REQUIRED to have English & Bahasa Malaysia, plus one other language.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Experience**:- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
