Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities: Responsible for beauty stores daily operational management including sales activities, sales goals achievement, staff management and customer satisfaction.To lead a team of sales supervisors to achieve retail store sales target and goals.Recruiting, coaching and developing strong second liners.Monitoring and evaluating the daily sales to ensure achieving monthly / yearly sales targets. Provide constructive feedback on sales, the effectiveness of advertisements & promotions, customers' feedback on products and services as well as market trends.Ensure optimal inventory levels and exercise control measures for all products in the stores.
