Job Description:
Provide medical consultation and healthcare advice to all the customers.
Manage staff schedule and outlet operation according to standards and procedures of the company.
Provide guidance and promote health and beauty products based on needs.
Keep up to date on market trends and lead and inspire your team to achieve the goals.
Provide excellent service and maintain good relationships with all customers.
Recommend suitable health supplements and provide relevant health advice according to individual needs.
Ensure stock visibility and product display.
Assist in day-to-day operations of the store.
Ensure optimal levels for dispensary stock.
Manage good poison recording and scheduled poison-related issues.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
Able to work in a retail environment.
Pleasant personality with a good character of professionalism.
Good communication, interpersonal, and working skills.
Able to interact well with all levels of people and management.
Enthusiastic, informative, and passionate about the pharmacy profession.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
