What You Can Be Expected To Do:
Deliver exceptional service, going beyond by offering solutions to meet customers' needs and expectations.
Excellent product knowledge including the technology behind the products, new product releases, and staying up-to-date with trends in the audio industry.
Achieve individual and team sales targets by identifying opportunities to close sales, upsell, and cross-sell products.
Act as ambassador for the Devialet brand, consistently representing the luxury, innovation, and quality that the brand is known for.
Maintain the store's visual appeal, ensuring that products are properly displayed, clean, and in good working condition.
Assist in the management of stock levels, ensuring products are available at all times.
What This Role Will Require:
At least 3 years' experience in retail sales for premium, high-technology, or luxury brands.
A love for audio technology is an advantage.
Strong customer orientation, with the ability to identify customer needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Strong closing sales ability with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical products in an engaging and clear manner.
Ability to work effectively as a team, with a shared commitment to achieving objectives and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
