About the roleWe are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our high-performing team at our stores in KLCC, Pavilion and TRX, Kuala Lumpur.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience and driving sales for one of the world's leading luxury fashion brands.
What you'll be doing
Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our clientele
Assisting customers with product selection, styling and checkout
Maintaining excellent product knowledge to confidently advise and recommend products
Ensuring the store's visual merchandising and presentation standards are consistently upheld
Effectively managing inventory and replenishing stock as needed
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Adhering to company policies, procedures and best practices
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed
Enthusiasm, positivity and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages an advantage
