-Provide exceptional customer service 


-Exceed sales goals by demonstrating product knowledge and services offered


-Build and maintain customer relationships by providing personalized recommendations to customers


-Help ensure customer satisfaction by managing customer feedback, queries, and complaints


-Maintain a clean store environment, including merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping


-Monitor competition and follow industry developments


-Assist in processing orders from 3rd Party e-commerce platforms


-Assist in executing in-store and online promotions


-Carry out any additional operation duties where relevant

; Requirements:-


-High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred


-Commitment to a 6-days work week (with extra pay)


-Proven sales experience in a retail environment


-Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


-Thrives in a fast-paced environment


-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


-Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed


-Familiarity with Shopify POS system or e-commerce platforms is a plus
