This position holds responsibility for the development of sales in the Retail Channels .We are looking for an experienced self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to manage key retail accounts and build strong customers relationship. Job Description Account & Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long terms relationships with key accounts.Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues.Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Sales and Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target markets.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targetsPrepare and deliver presentations and proposal to potential and existing customers.Provide feedback on market and competitor's developmentEnsure timely and accurate reporting and business updatesEnsure documentation accuracies and timely payment collectionsSupport the Head of Sales in the overall development of the Retail business Requirements: At least 2-3 years of working experience in sales to Retail Channel modern or traditional tradesGood communication skills with proficiency in English, Bahasa and local dialectsProficiency in Microsoft office and use of social mediaResult-oriented and strong commitment to achieving sales goalsGood interpersonal and good communication skills are essentialStrong Customer orientation and dedication to providing good serviceAble to work independently, diligent, ethical, and committed.Strong team player with good teamworkAble to travel regularly within MalaysiaFlexibility to provide support for sales development activities when required.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
