Responsibilities:Being on top of our brands' product knowledge to ensure customers are assisted well with their needs.
Provide excellent customer service, do product demo with professional advice and informing customers of current promotions, best seller items.
Ensure store opening, closing, store cleanliness and sales transactions are in line with the SOP of our brands.
Proper care of stocks, inventory, baby fashions and any items within the store at all times.
Contribute positively to achieving individual and group sales target.
Job Requirements:Team player, with good interpersonal skills, and a positive working attitude.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in the retail industry; fresh graduates are welcome.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to work on retail hours (including weekends and public holidays).
