COMPANY REWARDS "Top Orders 2022 in Fashion Category in Lazada" - February 2023 "Top 3 Sidec ECM 2024, 2nd Runner Up " - May 2024 JOB DESCRIPTION Oversee daily shop B2C operations, opening/closing procedures, and ensure compliance with shop policies and regulations.Ensure excellent customer service for walk-ins and WhatsApp inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Ensure the shop is visually appealing with appropriate displays and product placement to attract customers.Ensure stock levels are maintained, handle ordering of new stock, and manage stock rotation to minimize shrinkage.Manage cash handling procedures, oversee the shop's financial performance, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and other related tasks.Handle incoming leads for B2B sales, including walk-ins and WhatsApp inquiries, providing prompt and professional service to potential clients.Ensure proper follow-up with B2B clients and provide after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.Design, implement and manage in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and social media (Tiktok, Instagram etc.) activations to engage customers.Track the effectiveness of promotional activities and make data-driven decisions to refine future campaigns.Supervise, manage, and monitor subordinates to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance.Foster a positive and productive working environment for staff.Work closely with Management to develop and execute plans that support profitable sales growth.Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a Retail Manager or relevant role.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Willing to relocate/travel work in Kapar, Klang.WORKING DAYS & HOURS Monday to Saturday.10.00am - 6.30pm with 1 hour meal break.BENEFITS Additional leaveFree parkingInsurance coverageMedical benefitsMeal & pantry providedStaff ActivitiesOpportunities for promotionProfessional development
