Job Responsibilities
Sales Achievement:Clarify and achieve sales targets for the time period, and effectively support sales.
Store Service:Patrol the store in the specified area, provide good store service, understand customer demands and provide timely feedback and assistance.
Product Inspection:Patrol the store in the specified area, check the product expiration date, trial pack capacity and product quality issues, and report problematic products and trial packs to the duty officer in a timely manner.
Store Maintenance:Patrol the store in the specified area, complete daily business work such as product display, replenishment (preferably floor cabinets), cleaning, etc. Report to store manager if there is an emergency case at stores and handle the incident flexibly to ensure safe operations of the store.
Requirements
SPM and above, preferred previous working experience with fast retail/beauty stores/relevant retail working experiences.
Good in communication and coordination, have team spirit and strong execution ability.
Able to work on weekends/rotating shifts, 6 working days (rotate between 8:30 am - 11:00 pm).
Familiar with basic office software.
