Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experiencedRetail Store Trainerto join our team.
This role is vital in ensuring our store employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and standards to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with various departments to analyze the training needs of store employees and develop effective training plans.
Design and deliver targeted training programs covering retail operations, product knowledge, customer service standards, and skills enhancement.
Use diverse training methods such as in-store coaching, classroom teaching, workshops, and e-learning to maximize learning effectiveness.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and refine content and methods to meet evolving needs.
Conduct assessments to ensure employees master training content and effectively apply it in their roles.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends to keep training materials relevant and impactful.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in training or a related role within the retail industry.
Experience in store-level training is a strong advantage.
Proven expertise in developing and implementing training programs, with excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives and foster teamwork.
Proficient in English as a working language.
