Objective - About the job Take the Leadership for Learning and Development activities in the Store to develop highly performing, knowledgeable people. Ensure all competence development initiatives grow our business and support the sustaining of long- term profitability, always considering the impact on our retail staff, and ultimately leading to customer satisfaction.   Primary Job Responsibilities Facilitate and coordinate the on boarding program for new retail staff is carried out as well as a well-functioning buddy system. Support and continuously update to retail staff on the brand SOP and product Knowledge provided by principal's trainer. Develop and maintain the store's yearly training plan and individual schedules, signups and evaluation of Return of Investment. Maintain training module database and produce reports as necessary. Actively contribute to ensure our retail staff have the right competence level (product knowledge, customer service knowledge, selling skills and etc) within their job. Take the lead in the store to build training programs that are aligned to the need of business as well as adapted to the staff way of learning for today and tomorrow needs. Support all managers in the store in the learning & development process by being the expert on learning & development of staffs and managers; pro-actively lead the learning & development process.     Job Requirements Diploma / Degree in Business / Sales / Marketing studies Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, retail preferred. Ability to communicate across organisation with effective influencing skills. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Strong training planning and organizing skills Strong in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word)
