We are an innovative and rapidly growing company focused on managing Airbnb rentals, and we're seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Revenue Manager, you are responsible for:
1. Develop and Implement Pricing StrategiesOversee daily pricing structures on Hostify, manage and maintain property listings across Hostify and various OTAs, and develop clear pricing strategy guidelines and workflows.
Identify and document key factors affecting pricing, advising and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and yield across our property portfolio.
2. Market and Competitor AnalysisConduct comparative analyses between the company's reservations and those of similar entities, as well as overall industry performance.
Develop procedures and analyses to evaluate property performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
3. Revenue Forecasting and ReportingSet up a foundation for revenue and demand forecasting, define revenue KPIs and goals, and manage data documentation and extraction from OTAs, ensuring it is accurately recorded in the company's database.
Oversee and reconcile reservation and payout data, document workflows and processes within the revenue function, and present findings and recommendations to key management personnel.
4. Collaborate with Marketing and Operations TeamsCollaborate with the marketing team to integrate their efforts into forecasting and align revenue goals for cohesive strategies.
Work closely with finance to ensure accurate revenue reporting, documentation, and updates on new or terminated units in OTAs.
Coordinate with operations to identify and address any operational issues that could impact forecasted goals.
Below are the eligibility criteria candidates should possess as a Revenue Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
Previous experience in revenue management, hospitality, sales, real estate or any related field.
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Malay and English.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
High degree of professionalism with strong business acumen capabilities.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
Familiarity with systems of OTAs and Payment Gateways.
